Following the establishment of Synapse Services, it soon became apparent that a lot of opportunity existed to provide charitable services to local communities and governments. Experiences from interaction with patients , families and communities gave rise to some of the existing programs that has formed the bedrock of setting up a charity called reconnect health development Initiative ReconnectHDI.
